Their process is quite straight forward; you give them your details and they make the claims on your behalf. Within 8 weeks you could have a substantial refund with little effort. The catch? PPI reclamation companies tend to take a large amount of commission for their services. Roughly 20% of your refund is taken as a commission by the PPI reclamation company (e.g. if your refund is for \u00a31,000, the company will take \u00a3200 commission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not to worry, this can be avoided! It is pretty straight-forward to make a PPI claim yourself by contacting the lenders directly. Any mortgage, loans or credit cards you may have been mis-sold PPI on will most likely be listed here.<\/li><li> Note down all the potential companies you can claim from and the details surrounding your agreement.<\/li><li>Contact those lenders directly and make a PPI claim. They should get back to you within 8 weeks.
